Speaker and Poster Instructions

Slide Preparation

In order to provide a smooth transition between speakers, we are requiring all slide decks be preloaded to the podium computer prior to your presentation. Please be prepared to present your talk via PDF, PowerPoint, or web browser (e.g. Google Slides) on the podium computer. There will be opportunities to test your slides prior to your presentation (e.g., during breaks). We will offer an upload site or you may use a USB flash drive to load your slides.

Oral Presentation Duration

• Keynote and Plenary time slots are 30 minutes. Please allow for 2-3 minutes within this time slot for questions when preparing your talk.

• Invited time slots are 20 minutes. Please allow for 2-3 minutes within this time slot for questions when preparing your talk.

• Contributed time slots are 15 minutes. Please allow for 1-2 minutes within this time slot for questions when preparing your talk.

Poster Dimensions

Posters may have maximum dimensions of:

• Height: 48 inches

• Width: 48 inches
